Hop burgers

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp de Olive oil
- 1 tsp de Garlic powder
- 2 cdas. de Onion powder
- 1 de Egg
- 1 tbsp de Mustard
- 2 tsp de Ground bread
- 1 tsp de Chopped parsley
- 2 pieces de Chopped red pepper
- 1 cup de Heart of palm
- 1 pinch de Salt
- 1 pinch de Black pepper
Preparation
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Divide the mixture into four, to form hamburgers. Refrigerate the preparation for 1 hour.
- Fry or cook on the grill for 3 minutes each side until golden brown.
- Serve on bread with lettuce, tomato and your favorite sauce.
