MANAGEMENT OF ORGANIC WASTE
We process our solid waste to reuse it.
We collect waste in all the production lines and treat them to be used as ruminant livestock feed.
1. HOP waste collection from the Process Plant.
The collection is carried out by conveyor belts installed in all HOP process lines.
2. Transportation of waste to the processing plant
The transfer is made by trailers moved by means of an agricultural tractor.
3. Reception of waste
The waste is received in a conveyor with the capacity that the HOP gives us.
4. Power to mincer
The feeding is done by means of conveyors that take the product to the chopper.
5. Waste chopping
The chopping is done by a high power chopper machine with a capacity of 7Tm./h.
6. Output of chopped waste
In the same way, the exit, loading and dispatch is done by means of conveyors to the trucks.
7. Use of chopped hearts of palm waste
HOP waste already processed is used as feed for cows.
