Hop ceviche

Ingredients
  • 3 tbsp de Olive oil
  • 1 unit de Natural chili minced in very small squares
  • 1 unit de Red onion chopped into very small squares
  • 1 branch de chopped Cilantro
  • 1 Kg de Hops
  • 12 cups de Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp de Mustard
  • 4 cup de Orange juice
  • 1 branch de Parsley crespo
  • 6 tbsp de Tomato sauce
  • 1 pinch de Salt
  • 1 pinch de Black pepper
Preparation
  1. Cut the hearts of palm into medallions.
  2. In a bowl, place the heart of palm, add the lemon juice, orange juice, onion, cilantro, parsley, mustard, tomato sauce and chopped chili.
  3. Add Salt & Pepper , add the tablespoons of oil.
  4. Let cool and serve very cold.
