Hop ceviche

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp de Olive oil
- 1 unit de Natural chili minced in very small squares
- 1 unit de Red onion chopped into very small squares
- 1 branch de chopped Cilantro
- 1 Kg de Hops
- 12 cups de Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp de Mustard
- 4 cup de Orange juice
- 1 branch de Parsley crespo
- 6 tbsp de Tomato sauce
- 1 pinch de Salt
- 1 pinch de Black pepper
Preparation
- Cut the hearts of palm into medallions.
- In a bowl, place the heart of palm, add the lemon juice, orange juice, onion, cilantro, parsley, mustard, tomato sauce and chopped chili.
- Add Salt & Pepper , add the tablespoons of oil.
- Let cool and serve very cold.
