Hop sallad

Ingredients
  • 1 cup de Extra virgin olive oil
  • 10 units de Stuffed olives
  • 400 grams de Mr. Cook well-drained Artichokes
  • 1/2 de Red onion
  • 1 de Lettuce washed, dried and chopped
  • 1 de Romaine Lettuce washed, dried and chopped into pieces
  • 3 de Leaves of minced mint
  • 410 grams de Hop
  • 1 unit de Red pepper cut into strips
  • 1/3 cup de Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 pinch de Salt
  • 1 pinch de Black pepper
Preparation
Salad
  1. Combine in a salad bowl, hearts of hearts of palm, cut into medallions, artichokes in quarters, orange, pineapple, red pepper, lettuce, romaine lettuce and radicchio.
Vinaigrette
  1. For the vinaigrette, in a small bowl, mix the vinegar, passion fruit pulp, honey, salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Add sunflower oil and mix by hand until the mixture is emulsified.
