Ingredients
- 2 de Eggs
- 6 slices de Chicken Ham
- 1/2 cup de Milk
- 410 grams de Hearts of Palm
- 1 cup de Ground Bread
- 2 tbsp de Parsley chopped
- 1 pinch de salt
- 1 pinch de black pepper
Preparation
- Roll the ham around hearts of palm.
- In a separate bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parsley, salt, and pepper. In another bowl mix the eggs with the milk.
- Pass the palm hearts wrapped in the shake and then the bread crumb mixture.
- Fry in oil for 2 to 3 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from the oil and drain on absorbent paper.
- Cut into medallions and serve hot.
