Artichoke and chesse tortilla

Ingredients
- 2 cup de Mr. Cook chopped artichokes
- 1 cup de Finelly chopped onion
- 1 tbsp de Chopped chives
- 8 units de Beaten eggs
- 1/2 cup de Milk
- 3/4 cup de Fontina cheese
- 1/4 cup de Parmesan chesse rallado
- 4 slices de Minced smoken bacon
- 1/4 tsp de Salt
- 1/4 tsp de Ground black pepper
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 450 ° F.
- Cook the bacon in a pan or oven for a couple of minutes until crisp, place the bacon on an absorbent paper towel. Reserve.
- Saute the leeks in a pan for about 2 minutes, add the egg mixture and mix everything.
- Add a half cup of Fontina cheese, Parmesan and bacon.
- Place in a pan, sprinkle the remaining fontina cheese.
- Bake until the eggs are fully cooked and the top is golden, about 5 to 7 minutes. Serve
